Return Policy

Our objective is to delivery quality goods and services that you will be completely satisfied with.  If you do receive a product that you are not satisified with, you may return it within 30 days of purchase for a refund or exchange. 

Delivery errors, shortages, or damage must be reported within 24 hours of the delivery.

Refunds and exchanges are subject to the following conditions:

• Product must be in new saleable condition
• Original sales receipt or invoice must be provided
• Shipping charges and material handling fees are non-refundable
• Special order products are non-returnable without prior approval from Builders Alliance LLC
• Products pickup up for return at your jobsite may incur a handling charge
• A 20% restocking charge may apply to all stock returns
